BEMCLI for setting BE-Settings

Hi All,

I'm trying to set Backup Exec Settings using BEMCLI. All the settings under "Configuration and Settings" => "BackupExec setting"

As a example i woult try to disable Welcome Screen.

Which cmd-let do i need?
