unable to authenticate with the ndmp server or with the remote computer that is configured as a remote media agent

Hi All !

I've a VTL running on  UBUNTU SERVER versson 10.8 x64.

My media server is running on Windows Server 2003 x64 with Backup Exec 2010 R2 Installed.

All is working fine.

-Ubuntu server can ping Media Server;

-Media Server can ping Ubuntu Server;

-I can connect using telnet on port 10000 on my ubuntu server;

-Agent is working Fine;

-I've created a test user in BEOPER group on UBUNTU SERVER

When I try to add my UBUNTU SERVER  under DEVICE - Add Remote Media Storage in  my media server, There is an authentication Error... but I don't

understnd what is not working.

Could Anyone plese help Me ???
