Final error: 0xa000fec9 - A failure occurred accessing the Writer metadata.

Hi,

I am  using Veritas Backup Exec 9.1 for windows server, I am getting this error code from long time I tried many things but no luck.

VSS service is manual , I also tried rollup update of vss KB940349,

Please help me with this.
