Backup Failed: Access is Denied

Hello all,

I am having an issue where its backing up a network drive, and then it comes upon a few files and says access denied. Instead of skipping them, and calling them exceptions, it causes Backup Exec to stop backing up files. It then tries to resume the backup, but only last for a few seconds and then completes. It considers the backup as a failed backup, yet it backed up almost everything.

How can I get it to skip the files that is allegedly cannot access and not fail the backup? I'm guessing that it's because someone is using it, but shouldn't it just skip it? It skips other files but not these.
