Duplicate to Tape - Full + Incremental

Under Backup Exec 2012, how can I ensure that I get a complete nightly duplication to tape (Full + that days Incremental)

Full Backup - Completed over the weekend

Incremental - Weekdays

Duplicate to tape - Each night

Client wants to be able to send their daily offsite each day

I know you have the option to set the source to "All backups" or "Selected backups" but I am unsure if this is taking the full + ALL incrementals for the week, or full + incrementals for the day
