Migration from windows Netbackup Master server 7.1 to Netbackup Applaince 5220

I need help.

For our client, currently, they have physical server with Netbackup Master/Media server with version 7.1.0.4, (operating system : windows 2008), they are planning to migrate hardware to Netbackup appliance 5220.

it is possible to migrate windows 2008 Netbackup Master server to Netbackup appliance 5220 ?

can anyone guide me on this issue.
