I Cant take exchange 2010 Granular Backup on Win7

I need a solution

Dear all,

I can take granular backup on Windows 2008 but I cant take granular backup on advanced disk in Win7, is it not supported ?

Windows 7

Netbackup 7.5.0.3 version
