Hi,
We have a simple Backup Exec backup-to-disk job starting at 8:00 PM, every day.
Every 3 weeks or so, the backup job fails with "e0008821 - Job was recovered as a result of Backup Exec RPC service starting. No user action is required.". When this happens, the job fails immediately and does not proccess anything (byte count = 0).
This makes Active Directory to crash, and as a result our server becomes unresponsive. We have to hard-reboot it.
The backup job is a simple Backup Exec job, backuping a separate data partition and the Exchange Data Store. We have the latest version of Bacup Exec 12.
I have been searching for the cause of this issue for many days and haven't found anything. Any thoughts?
Thanks for helping me out.
