The Server was unable to complete the requested operation.

I have just installed the Windows 2012 Agent on a server.  I added the server to the backup exec.  When I try to create a backup to disk then tape job,  I get this error:

The server was unable to complete the requested operation.

The 7d41e913-55ad-4c0e-a409-937126156b75 identifier was not found.

I cannot find anything in the knowledge base.  What is going on here??
