I do not need a solution (just sharing information)
I read from manual: " If Collect trueimagerestoreinformation is enabled in the policy, Accelerator cannot use the UseChangeJournal option. Policy validation succeeds, but the backup does not use the change journal."
How trueimage and NTFS journal can depend from each-other? Many backup software (Retrospect, Ahsay, TimeNavigator etc) work always in "trueimage" mode, as they present point-in-time presentation of disk.
