Unable to configure New drives in IBM library

Hi ,

We are facing issue regarding drive addition from netbackup end. We have tried 4 times but failed everytime.

Kindly find the steps which we followed till now.

1) We zoned the 6 drives on media server(Robot Control Host) in IBM TS3580 library.

2) Then we deleted all the drives from netabckup end and executed sgbuild on the server.

3) After we tried to configure we are getting below error .

illegal drive type in robot and all new drives are showing yes,see properties.

Master and Media Server : Solais  10

NBU Version :- 7.5.0.4

Any suggestion would be helpful.
