database backup are failing with error 84

Hi everyone,

recently we are facing problems with databse backup it always failed with error 84 :

**Master server: solaris 10 Netbackup 7.5.0.3

**Media server : Soalris 10 Netbackup 7.5.0.3 (where the database exist)

i think that this issue have something with the media (tapes...)

any suggestions.
