Help Me !! Symantec Backup Exec2012

Hi My Company use Symantec Bakup Exec2012 run on Windows Server 2008 R2 for four Server.
Symantec Bakup Exec2012 can't to backup complete has alert error every time. I try to resolve it but I can't.
Hope you to help me resolve error , The last one I attache error log file to you.
