Backup exec hyper-v backup cancel pending taking a long time

Hi all,

I have a VM backup that I cancelled because it was taking longer than usual. I ended up canceling the backup and noticed it was hanging in a cancel pending state.

If I look at the HOST machine with the VM's being backed up I can see that one of the VM's seems stuck in a creating VSS snapshot operation which is what's probably causing everything to hang.

What is the best way to clear this. Do I need to restart the VM being backed up to clear it creating the snapshot?

 Oh and lastly, where can I download the SP3 service pack update for BE 2010?
