SSR 2013: Prompts for a D: drive, but why?

I need a solution

Hi all,

I have a Windows 8.0 Pro machine with SSR 2013 on it.  Every time I open SSR (double-click the system rray icon for example), the first thign that comes up is a box where in the title bar it says VProConsole.exe - No Disk and the basic Windows dialog box says: "There is no disk in the drive . Please insert a disk into drive D:".  The action buttons to click are either Cancel, Try Again, or Continue.  Continue and Try Again both result in the box coming back up again.  If I click Cancel, it then goes to SSR like normal.

D: on this system is a CF/MD reader so basically removable storage drive.  I've never configured anything in SSR to use this.  My actual volumes on this machine are C: and X:, X: being a secondard hard drive.

If I go to manage my backup destinations D: is not among the options there but perhaps I'm missing a simple place to uncheck D:?  This error prompt may not be related to backup destinations, that's just where I thought to look.

Any ideas?  Thank you.
