Restoring old DLO file

Hi Folks!

I'm hoping this is an easy one (although it rarely is. :-)

Our old Backup Exec server is no longer in existence. However the backup files from the DLO software are. I'm trying to restore these, however I understand that the encryption keys will be different.

I keep seeing references to the DLOScanToolu.exe tool, but it doesn't appear that the new Desktop Laptop Option ver 7 has this. 

Is there an equivalent?
