Exec Backup 2012 Solution

Hi all,

Currently my company has a backup structure which uses Exec backup 2012 for their daily backups (Write protection for 1 week).

My HOD wish to improve the stucture so I suggested the following:

-Daily increment backups 

-Full backup every weekend

Total will be using two IBM tape drives for the above usage.

My question is;

If using increment backup, is it possible to have it write protected, say monthly for 1st tape drive and yearly for 2nd tape drive.

Any comments or idea will take in considerations.
