Dear Sir,
After download and installed Symantec Backup 2010 R2 QuickStart Edition , Symantec sent permanent license key via email on Register Email ID. I was received following error message from "nobody@symantec.com" nobody@symantec.com . In that email we was not received Permanent License Key as Mentioned.

How to get re- Permanent Licence Key for same Product. due to that i can't use Symantec Backup QuickStart Edition for Tandberg LTO 4 Drive in Dell Server.
