Library Vault Failed to Complete

Hi,

We have issues with vault jobs

IF_OTHER_VAULT_PROBLEM: vault job has not completed successfully since 12/21/12. We found vault job from 12/24/12 hung. Cancelled and restarted. Job processed to 76% and hung again.

Please advice
