Synthetic backup completing successfully without writing any file

Hi Folks,

Stange problem.Synthetic backup is completing successfully with 0 file writen.I can't see any backup completed status on restoration field.As per symantec i have initiated traditional full backup and one differnetial backup completed.Now synthetic doing this kind of stange problem.

Master/Media - Soalris 10 with 6.5.5 version.

Client is - Windows
