Not able tostart bpcd port

Hello All.

Client: solaris 8, 7.1 NBU

Master server: NetBackup-RedHat2.6 7.1.0.4
 

Not able to start bpcd port, tryying bpcd -standalone but it is not started.

[80092345@usnbub5500 bin]$ telnet hquw5001qc-brn bpcd
Trying 10.201.136.31...
telnet: connect to address 10.201.136.31: No route to host
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: No route to host
 

In netstat -a | grep bpcd , it is showing in listen mode..

Please help
